COATING
- We have different type of high-tech PVD (Physical Vapor Deposition) coatings as per tool types and customer requirement.
- We provide all kind of basic coatings like:
- AlTiN (Aluminum Titanium Nitride),
- AlCrN (Aluminum-Chromium-Nitride),
- TiN (Titanium Silicon Nitride) and
- All premium coatings like AlTiSiN, TiSiN, AlCrTiSiN, AlTiCrN etc.
- Our PVD coatings enhances the cutting tools durability and performance by 600-800% or more.
- Our coating allows cutting tools to work at maximum service temperature of upto 1100° c.
